Speed up menu display

Go to

1.Start>run

2.Type regedit. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop

3.Select MenuShowDelay from the list on the right.Right on it and select Modify.
Change the value to 0 -400

4.Reboot your computer.

Note:
Faster Start Menu
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
Add or Edit Sring = MenuShowDelay, Value = 0 – 400
Changes the delay that for Windows to show a menu in the start menu
