Hiding Welcome Screen

Its Real Easy to Hide Your welcome screen. Just You need to tweak your registry

Go to Start > Run>
Then type
regedit

Then find or create the key below:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Policies\Explorer]

Create a new DWORD value, or modify the existing value, called “NoWelcomeScreen” and set it according to the value data below. Exit your registry

Note: Users can still display the welcome screen by selecting it on the Start menu or by typing “Welcome” in the Run dialog box.

Step by Step:

System Key: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Policies\Explorer]
Value Name: NoWelcomeScreen
Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
Value Data: (0 = default, 1 = hide)
