How to Rebuild Search Indexing On Windows Vista

I faced some problem with windows vista Search option. My Windows Vista Search feature slowed down and it didn’t seem to find files. If you have the same problem, you should rebuild indexing on Windows vista.
Note: At the time of rebuilding index files, may slow down your Pc. It depends on your pc speed and Stored files. After rebuilding it should be OK.
