One of my blog readers from Bangladesh requested me to write tips about how to setup Aktel and Grameen Phone Internet providers on windows mobile Pocket pc.  There is an easy way to setup those operators in an easy way… I am adding both operator setting bellow.

For Aktel GPRS/ Internet :

Follow the manual instructions listed below to set up your phone for Internet.

1. Press “Start“.
2. Scroll to and select “Settings“.
3. Select the “Connections” tab and press “Connections“.
4. Press “Add a new modem connection” in the top section  and type in the name of the connection AKTEL-INTERNET.
5. In the drop down list of Select a modem:, scroll to and select “Cellular Line (GPRS)“.
6. Press “Next” and type in internet.
7. Press “Next“. Select “Finsh“.
8. Make sure AKTEL-INTERNET is selected.
9. Press “OK”. Your phone has been configured.

This is a simple trick to find PR4 pages. One of my friend shared this trick with me. It a way to get links from Digg. At first go to digg.com. Then pages that are older than 365 days. There you will get lots of high page rank pages Digg. Old pages and some new pages has high page rank on Google. Find your post related pages. Then check page ranks using online page rank checker. Now make a comment and post your URL on those pages . Your link is now on a high page rank page for free. Search around and keep looking.. you will find some pages that are really really high page rank such as pr8, Pr7. Here are the steps to get PR4 Backlinks from digg with Example link:

I use third party Task Manager to manage running applicationon my pocket PC. HTC Task Manager is pre-installed on your HTC device. If you use third party PDA application to manage your running applications, You can disable HTC XButton / Task manager by following these steps:

1. At first go to start
2. Then navigate to Settings=>System=>Task Manager
3. Tap on Buttons tab and uncheck all check boxes.
4. Download Startup Manager . Then install it to your pocket pc. Go to start => Programs => Startup manager.
5. Go to Menu => Services Find and select  TaskManager
6. Tap on action and choose disabled.
7. Then soft reset your device.

If you have MemMaid on your device, you can Use MemMaid after step 3. Go to “Startup Services”. Find “TaskManager” and change it to “Manual Start”. Then soft reset your device.
